MEDTells provides digital tools and technology platforms for healthcare communication and data management. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical care decisions and patient interactions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals and their organizations.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify MEDTells immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable law.
4. Data Privacy and Security
All personal and health information handled by MEDTells is subject to our Privacy Policy. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data and comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
5. AI and Analytics Features
Our AI and data analytics systems process anonymized or de-identified data to provide operational insights and improve healthcare delivery. MEDTells does not use AI outputs to make clinical or legal decisions without human oversight.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some MEDTells Services, such as clinic licenses, subscriptions, or digital card programs, may require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize MEDTells or its payment partners to process transactions as described at the point of purchase.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in a written agreement.

All MEDTells logos, designs, software, and digital assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Authorized partners and clinics may display the MEDTells logo only in accordance with our branding guidelines.
